A cutting-edge concrete products provider, Pink Precast used our advanced expertise in the construction of the Carlisle Parking Garage project in St. Catharine’s, Ontario. Our role in this project consisted of design, engineering, and construction for four stairwells incorporating glass curtain walls.
The project schedule did not allow for a conventional cast-in-place method; we opted to use a modified approach where existing rebar was used to mimic a cast-in-place approach. We incorporated form finish and non-slip stair treads. The project also featured a curb that followed the tread and riser on entire project.
Thanks to our unsurpassed capability, Pink Precast was able to meet all delivery goals of our concrete products while adapting to an unconventional installation.
