Pink Precast is able to provide concrete products for projects of any size, including exceptionally large, high-profile projects. One example of this is our participation in the Absolute World Condos project, consisting of two 50-story towers that required high quantities of precast concrete stairs.
Strength ratings on these stair components for the towers topped at 58.6 MPa or 8497 psi, and featured form-finish and integral stair tread features. Fabrication followed the customer-provided 2D CAD drawings and did not require supplemental stair design work. The building, nicknamed the Marilyn Monroe for its curved appearance, was awarded the Emporis Skyscraper of the year award.
